REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, KUPANG -- Trade and Industry Minister Saleh Husein called on all district heads of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) to prepare land for the development of salt industry in the province.
"If there is dispute in a land for salt development in a district, it should be overcome soon so that the ministry of industry could develop salt industry there," the minister said here on the sidelines of his visit to NTT on Sunday.
He said that district heads played an important role in land preparations so that salt industry in NTT could be developed for improving the people's economy.
On Saturday, Minister Saleh Husin and Transportation Minister Ignasius Jonan made an observation tour of a number of regions in NTT to inspect the development of infrastructure in the province.
