REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives, Agus Hermanto spoke about the FIFA sanctions that freeze Indonesia football from all competitions under FIFA. He said FIFA's sanction was a disaster which was previously planned.

"It is disaster which was already planned, because there were first and second warning," said Agus Hermanto complex in Senayan parliament, on Monday, June 1.

Agus warned not to let things like this happen again in the future in the world of Indonesia football. The government should be able to function, to organize, to protect, and to serve the public. In the case of FIFA's sanction, Youth and Sports Ministry does not perform its functions. Therefore, Youth and Sports Minister precisely freezes the PSSI resulting in sanctions.

According to the Democratic party politician, FIFA sanctions have dramatic consequences for Indonesia. Not only for the national footballer, but also for everyone who depend his life on football.

With the term of FIFA sanctions were not yet determined, the national team was not able to follow the match on international level. Supposedly, he said, Menpora think more so Indonesian football could run well. "What we can be proud that we are on the sanctions, we should not be proud of the sanctions," he added.
