Perda should be prepared for ADD fund

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The area that has yet to accept the realization of the Village Fund Budget (ADD) are required to immediately prepare a Local Regulation (Perda) as a main requirement for distribution of village fund.

Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration, Marwan Jafar said, with the publication of Perda, both for regency and city could speed up the distribution of funds with total of ceiling is 20.766 trillion IDR.

"On this Rakornas we remind the governors again to coordinate this to regencies and cities, as soon as possible to made Perbup (regulation of regent) or Perwal (regulation of mayor)," Marwan said in a National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) about the first stage of Village Disbursement Acceleration in Makarti Mukti Tama Transmigrasi buiding, Kalibata, Jakarta, on Monday, May 25.

According to him, through Rakornas, is expected to see the meeting point of problems that make until now there were village funds which have not been distributed. Because the data submitted by the Ministry of Finance by May 22, 2015 the realization of village funds to the regencies/cities reached 3.868 trillion IDR to 211 regions, or not half of 434 regencies/cities which have received funding villages.

"Until this day, May 25, there have been 80 Perbud which were submitted to the Ministry of Finance. Now reaching 341 counties that submitted," he said.

By doing so, the growing numbers then driven with Rakornas today also expected to accelerate the disbursement of village funds. Because the distribution of village funds on the first phase should be completed in May.

"Our target to be completed next week, 100 percent in Indonesia received these village funds," he said.

Beside, problems related to the complained about the human resources of village officials will also be facilitated by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Jafar ensured disbursements of village fund are also complemented by the implementation of socialization and training on the strengthening of the village officials.

"We will also provide assistance to the village officials in entire Indonesia, the point of Rakornas is also accommodate the division of roles and responsibilities about this village funds between the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Villages," he said.
