REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- In order to provide satisfactory services to the homecoming season in 2015, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) plans to recruit 200 people to be placed in customer service (CS) division.
President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), Budi Karya Sumadi said, the 200 new recruitments must have good skills in providing information to the passengers.
"We are preparing a nice CS. They should be more intellect, more intelligent, and better attitude," said Budi at the Ministry of State-Own Enterprise, Jakarta, on Tuesday, May 12.
In addition, Budi said it also will displace 20 stores in Soekarno Hatta Airport to enlarge waiting passenger’s area.
"We reduce the stores. Yes, it will be eliminated. We will remove 20 stores so people who wants to going home will be more comfortable," he continued.
