REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, KATHMANDU -- The secretaries of Nepal's ministries and the civil servants cleared the rubbles of collapsed buildings in last month's massive earthquake in the capital on Saturday.
Chief Secretary of the Nepal government, Leela Mani Poudel, joined the civil servants in the debris-clearing program in 17 locations.
Poudel himself participated in the campaign in Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which was severely devastated by the powerful 7.9- magnitude quake on April 25.
The locations were selected as the worst-hit areas of all three districts in the capital - Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur.
