REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Minister of State Secretary Pratikno stated that government was in process to select presidential spokesperson. The spokesperson will serve under Presidential Office.
"The Presidential Office will have 3 to 5 deputy. One of them is deputy of communication," Pratikno said on Tuesday, January 6. Those who worked in presidential working unit can be the deputies.
Government is still forming the details of Presidential Office to prevent overlapping responsibility with other agencies under president, namely Secretary of State, Secretary of Cabinet, National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) and Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). Pratikno is also drafting working mechanism, allowing the agencies to work hand in hand.
