REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAYAPURA -- About 500 people who were supporting the Free Papua Movement (OPM) organization in Manokwari area, West Papua, on Saturday at around 15.30 East Indonesia Time declared their support for Indonesia.

They surrendered in front of military Commander Major General Christian Zebua in Kampung Sumuruk, Ransiki district. During the surrender, the former separatists also handed over five guns of various makes to the military commander, according to information obtained by Antara.
