REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Indonesian government has agreed to establish a holding company for the state-owned plantation and forestry enterprises (SOE's), Coordinating Economic Minister Chairul Tanjung said.
"The decision to form a holding company has been taken. The process had been planned since 2012. This decision will be completed with the government regulation," he told journalists after attending a brief meeting on economic sector here on Monday.
