REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MALANG -- Vice presidential candidate No. 2, Jusuf Kalla plans to stop sending Indonesian workers to countries that did not provide protection. He said in a series of campaigns in Malang, East Java accompanied by Sutrisno Bachir (former PAN's board of advisors), Abdul Kardir Karding (National Awakening Party/PKB), Sugeng Suparwito (National Democratic Party/Nasdem) and Yudhi Chrisnandi (Hanura).

"We will continue to send our workers to countries that protect them well, also countries that provide good salaries.

Countries, which did not protect them, we must stop it," Kalla said on Tuesday.

According to Golkar politician, countries, which provide good protection are Taiwan and Hong Kong. He will increase the number of workers to these countries.

In a dialogue, many Indonesian workers complained about the document processing and protection. They questioned why this issue did not turn up in second presidential debate.

Kalla recognized that one of migrant workers' problems caused by a lot of data manipulations. Getting a lot of complaints, Kalla explained that all problems also technical documents should be immediately resolved.
