Saudi reports additional deaths from MERS infection

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, RIYADH -- Saudi Arabia reported Friday five new Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) coronavirus cases and three deaths.

This increased the total cases to 520, including 163 deaths. Meanwhile the health ministry announced that 3 cases were fully recovered from infection.

Of total new cases, one is in the ICU, three are in a stable condition and one is without symptoms. These cases were found in Riyadh, Jeddah and Taif.
