REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG -- An Indonesian leader is expected to have intellectual capacity and capability. The reason, this country needs a president who is able to think big and has a big heart.

"At least, there are three requirements that need to be owned by next Indonesian president," Co-founder of Bandung Strategic Leadership Forum (BSLF), Ridwansyah Yusuf Achmad who also serves as Chairman of the Indonesian Students Association (PPI) in the Netherlands 2012-2013 said recently.

First, a president must have capacity to read the change of Indonesia and the World. Second, a president must have capacity to bring Indonesia as a leader in Southeast Asia in economic and geopolitical sector. Third, next president must have capacity to lead its people with love.
