REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MILAN -- New Inter chief Erick Thohir will discuss January transfer targets after arriving in Italy on Friday.
The Indonesian businessman, now club President, touched down at Malpensa airport in Italy’s fashion capital this morning.
“I've got some meetings, from 14:00 to 18:00 today, then I'll have dinner with the Moratti family,” stated Thohir.
He will meet with boss Walter Mazzarri at the club offices today. "The January transfer window? Yes, we should talk about that," he said.
“I'll attend more meetings tomorrow, but the most important thing will be Sunday afternoon when I'll see my first competitive game.”
Thohir will attend his first match as the club’s new owner when the Beneamata will entertain Sampdoria at the Meazza.
“I'm excited for my first match at San Siro,” he added. “A lot of former Nerazzurri players will be there, nearly 50 I think.”
