REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Minister of Trade Gita Wirjawan said, Indonesia will be the one the strongest nations in the world in term of economic power.

"For next 20 years, Indonesia should have been the sixth largest economy in the world," Gita said in while delivering a lecture in Perbanans Institute, Jakarta  (27/10).

The reason, he said, could be predicted from several contributing factors such as surplus of human resources and the better economic development.

Gita estimated on the 20 years, per capita income of Indonesia could reach 20 thousand USD.

"Up five times higher than the present per capita income of four thousand dollars," he said.
