Malindo opens direct flight from KL to Jakarta and Denpasar

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Subsidiary of Lion Group, Malindo Air opens new routes from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Jakarta and Denpasar, Bali. Lion Group's spokesman, Edward Sirait explained that the market opportunity was offered a chance for Malindo Air.

"It is promising," Sirait said on Monday.

New route of Malindo Air starts on Monday. Malindo is hybrid airline based in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. It began to operate in March, 2013.

Malindo is the first airline that operates Boeing 737-900 ER in Malaysia, The airline is scheduled to fly throughout Malaysia and Asia. The airline will operate 100 aircrafts in next 10 years.
