REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) focused his talk on recent food condition, particularly the rocketing price of shallot, garlic and beef, during an economic meeting on Thursday. SBY criticized the ministers, saying that they haven't done any appropriate efforts.

"I dp not see them doing real steps to overcome the problems," he said on Thursday.

SBY said that the ministries, instead of solving the problems, were blaming each other. "This is really bad," he said.

The president urged the ministers to act, sit together and overcome the situation immediately. He exampled that during crisis hitting Indonesia in 2008, government worked non stop from day to night.

He said that people needed a solution from the related ministries. "I hear them in talk show and seminar. We don't want that. We want real work," he said,

He added that the ministers could take the problem to his desk if they could not find any solution. "I believe that we can solve this," he said.
