Indonesian Ambassador to US gets an award

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Indonesian Ambassador to US, Dino Patti Djalal, achieved an award of Distinguished Service from the Who's Who in Asian American Community (WWAAC) in Atlanta on Saturday, October 6. The award was given for his dedication, determination, and success on increasing the cooperation and bilateral relationship between Indonesia and the US.

On his speech, Ambassador Dino Patti Djalal said the US could study at least three things from Asia. They are confidence, enthusiasm, and meritocracy.

"Asia has changed from a region that suffered from conflict and economic crisis to a region with the highest growth in the world," he said in a press release form DC.

On his speech, he also urged Asian American Community to bridge both regions and bring sustainable economic development.
