REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) suspected some traitors were behind some discrepancies on data obtained by Indonesia and China. “Investigate it!” SBY said firmly, as reported by Nasihin Masha from Republika on Saturday.

SBY revealed his suspicion after some journalists asked about data on bilateral trade, which were conflicting to each other. The data says, trade volume between Indonesia reaches 50 billion US dollar. It is conflicting to the data obtained by China, which says the value of 60 billions US dollar.

Another discrepancy also found on deficit that according to Indonesia reaches 3 trillion IDR. On contrary, China’s record shows that its country is the party that suffers from the deficit at the very same value.

SBY suspected, some goods or services were traded illegally. “Such action aims to avoid tax. Those who committed that are traitors,” he said firmly. Or, he said, the trades were conducted through the third country. “They are also traitors.”

Asked on what kind or firm action must be conducted towards those “traitors”, SBY said, “Sack them! We have been enough with that.” Wow…!
