It's nothing wrong to call Jokowi as "Man in Action", or a person who acts. On Javanese vocabulary we called it "blusukan". The New York Times reviewed specifically Jokowi as 'A Governor at Home on the Streets”, although it hasn't yet to include the term blusukan. Diplomats and foreign researchers also have much to accompany Jokowi for blusukan. Now, at the time of routine flooding in Jakarta each January, Jokowi is more often in blusukan. On specific term, the World Bank wants lots of interventions and dictation - a reasonable and misguided habit in Indonesia. However Jokowi refused and threatened not to use World Bank funds. "The balance the previous year budget is still too much," he said, at one time.
