Wiranto asserted that he wasn't making it up. Therefore, he accepted opinions emerged about this case.

"It's okay. This is a free country, and everyone can give their opinions. But the information I conveyed before was from the National Police Chief on Monday meeting," Wiranto said in response to the Democratic Party's rebuttal in his Central Jakarta office on Tuesday (Dec 18).

At the meeting, he requested reports from the field regarding these issues. He asserted that his statement was the result of the reports.

At that time, besides meeting with the National Police Chief, he also met with Home Affairs Minister, Tjahjo Kumolo. Wiranto didn't want the vandalism case to develop further. He asserted that it was done by individuals and were not based on the orders of others.
