REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOGOR -- State-Owned Enterprises Minister Rini Soemarno conveyed Refly Harun’s removal from president commissioner of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) purely due to rotation of position. According to her, rotation was normal in institutions.
“It just like a rolling and it’s common thing for us,” Rini said at Bogor Presidential Palace, West Java, on Friday (Sept 7).
Rini denied Refly’s removal was due to his sharp comments on the government's performance.
Rini said Refly is currently serve as PT Pelindo I (Persero) President Commissioner. She assessed, as a person who understand law, Refly’s track records needed in other positions.
"Indeed we also need legal people in us, in this activity in Sumatra," Rini said.
Refly officially dismissed from his position at PT Jasa Marga after extraordinary shareholders general meeting on Sept 5. Refly was widely known as constitutional law expert.
