"The investigators also ask confirmation regarding the process to arrest Novanto," KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah said in his office, Jakarta, on Tuesday (January 23).

KPK suspected, Fredrich along with an internist at Medika Permata Hijau hospital, Bimanesh Sutarjo, cooperated to help Setnov avoid the anti-graft body's summons. With falsified medical record, they put Setnov into inpatient ward. Febri said, investigators also asked Setnov to explain his relationship with Fredrich. "We asked, since when Fredrich became his attorney," Febri remarked.

Febri said, KPK investigators have not found any indication of probable other suspect. So far, suspects in this case were still Fredrich and Bimanesh. "We will see development of the case," he said.
