REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- National Police will complete files of two suspects case of Saracen case, Asma Dewi and Jasriadi. The files will be immediately returned to the public prosecutor.
"Next week the case files will be sent back after being completed as directed by the public prosecutors," said National Police spokesman on Tuesday.
The case files of Jasriadi and Asma Dewi had not been handed back to the public prosecutor because it was not complete yet. The public prosecutor returned the file with instructions to complete it.
"There are additional articles that need to be applied to Jasriadi and will be completed by the investigators," Martinus added.
He asserted, National Police did not have significant difficulties to complete the case files. According to Martinus, public prosecutor instructions has been enough to help police in completing the file.
Meanwhile, prosecutors have stated complete the case file against other suspects, namely, Sri Rahayu Ningsih, Abdullah Harsono, Muhammad Faisal Tonong (MFT).
The Saracen group was established in November 2015. They made several Facebook accounts, namely Saracen News, Saracen Cyber Team and Saracennewscom. The group is accused to spread hate speech of ethnicity, religion, race, and and inter-group relations has 800 thousand followers.
The Cyber Crime Unit of National Police have four other suspects, namely MFT, SRN, JAS, and MAH. Police arrested a housewife, Asma Dewi, as alleged suspect customer of Saracen group.
