"We estimate about 50 thousand people will take to the streets," said Maarif when confirmed on Monday (October 23).
He said the demonstrators consist of a number of elements of civic organizations and religious organizations.
Maarif conveyed that the mass would also visit of House of Representatives (DPR) / People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) building, which at that time coincides with the agenda of Plenary Session representatives of the people.
Religious community elements have stated their rejection of Perppu on Social Organization on September 29. One of the political figures who became the orator of the action is the former Chairman of the National Mandate Party (PAN), Amien Rais.
