Balinese welcomes King Salman

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, DENPASAR -- Thousands of Balinese people warmly welcomed King of Saudi Arabia Salman Bin Abdul Aziz

Al-Saud on Saturday. They lined in the streets and gave welcome wave to King Salman.

People also gathered in the intersection area of Horse Statue near Ngurah Rai Airport. King Salman in his Mercedes car, then opened car window and waved to residents.

King Salman arrival was delayed 15 minutes of the scheduled 05.45 pm local time. After leaving Jakarta in the morning, King Salman and his entourage went to Brunei Darussalam with plane. After that, they visited Bali for holiday.

At Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali officials received King Salman. King Salman and his entourage was welcome by Bali Governor I Made Mangku Pastika, Military Commander of IX / Udayana Major General Koestanto Widiatmoko MDA, Bali Police Chief Inspector General R Golose.
