REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Secretary General of Central Board of National Democratic (Nasdem) Party, Patrice Rio Capella admitted that coalition was an important thing in Indonesian politic. He hinted that forming coalition was a possibility between Nasdem and Golkar Party.

"Nasdem and Golkar could posibbly to form coalition. Why not?" Capella said on Saturday.

Capella added the issue of coalition would be discussed after legislative election.

Possibility of a coalition between Golkar and Nasdem was revealed after Chairman of Golkar, Abu Rizal Bakrie attended head office of Nasdem and met its chairman, Surya Paloh, in iftar gathering. Both looked wearing similar white long-sleeved shirts combined with black cloth pants plus black caps. They discussed about 2014 election and possibility of a coalition.

However, Vice Chairman of Golkar, Agung Laksono said the two leaders meeting had nothing to do with Golkar's political agenda. Both had different political line, but communication is still maintained.

Meanwhile Capella denied an allegation that Golkar and Nasdem  building block to halt the move of two figures from People's Conciense Party (Hanura), Wiranto and Hary Tanoesudibjo. Both are the first pair declaring their candidacy for 2014 Presidential Election.

Hary Tanoesudibjo known as an enterpreneur, was a former top official in Nasdem and formally resigned from the party on January 21, 2013 after Paloh became chairman of Nasdem.
