REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Embassy of Indonesia in Bangkok, Thailand, in its written statement, as quoted by the Foreign Ministry, stated no Indonesian citizen was among those injured in a blast at the city's Phramongkutklao Hospital earlier, Monday.
"We confirmed there was no Indonesian citizens among the wounded in the hospital's bomb incident in Bangkok," the Embassy said in a statement, as cited by the Ministry in its official Twitter account in Jakarta, Tuesday.
The Embassy, however, will continue to oversee the upcoming situation in Thailand's capital Bangkok by coordinating with the city's security officers.

Coinciding with the third anniversary of a military coup in 2014, the bomb reportedly wounded some 24 people.
Thailand's explosive ordnance team police commander Kamthorn Aucharoen remarked, earlier, that his team had found the pieces used to make the bomb.
Although no one claimed responsibility for the incident, the country's Army Chief Chalermchai Sittisart has blamed the groups opposed to junta.
"It doesn't have to be the junta anniversary. People who don't like the junta, given the chance, will do this," Chalermchai declared, as quoted from Reuters.
In 2014, the military toppled the government under former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra, who was elected democratically in 2011. The military said the coup was aimed to restore order and reform the political system in Thailand.
Several bomb blasts have been reported in Thailand, ahead of the election that will be held next year.
Weeks earlier, a car bomb exploded at a shopping center in Pattani Province. an area close to the country's border with Malaysia.
The incident, which the authorities blamed on insurgents, wounded some 61 people.
