Indonesia has become a heaven of drug sales. Currently, an estimated, in Indonesia, there are 4 million people are drug users. Illegal drug business is worth trillions of dollars. Indonesia not only as an illegal drug importer, but also become the producer of illegal drugs. It is noted that hundreds of factory already raided by officers. Allegedly, hundreds of others are still free to operate.

The data continues. Every day 30 to 50 people were killed. Last year. A total of more than 12,000 victims died directly or indirectly due to drugs. It was very reasonable if the chairman of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Commissioner General Anang Iskandar said Indonesia in emergency situation because of drugs.

The important step of course must be done starting from the family. That alcohol is illicit often emphasized by the parents to their children since childhood. But are we also had warned them that drugs are harmful even capable of killing someone else, illicit too?

Beside the family, another important step to be done related to drug education institutions and socialization, discipline of officers, law enforcement, and severe penalties for the drug dealers.

About education and drugs socialization, there are still many people who are not aware of how drugs could enter and damage the generation of various groups. Most of us might think drugs only affects crime, unemployment, students with low academic and losers, but in fact 75% of users actually workers and productive ages.

There are many executives, entrepreneurs, productive workers, art workers and creative, as well as politicians, in short, the figure of a successful and well-educated, who are also taking that prohibited items. One of the reasons is they just want to try and they become regularly consumed because the drug makes them feel more productive and creative. Though this is certainly erroneous, and they didn't overlook the risks that wait in the future.

The number of users of the productive group as the majority users, has made sense given the price of the drugs could only reach a certain income. About apparatus discipline, trafficking of drugs and severe punishment, it shows a strange situation, embarrassing and heartbreaking at the same time. There are 60% until 70% of the circulation of drugs allegedly controlled from jail.

If that is true then it means that the drug kingpins behind bars is quite free to do activities, including organizing the circulation of objects therein. Even supposedly anyone can do illegal drugs production in the prison. When it should be in prison, the occupants may not use the phone and communicate freely, and under close supervision.

To observing this, therefore the weight penalty not only feasible imposed on dealers and producers, but also the apparatus that allows the drug trafficking, criminal activities from inside prison, or proven to protect the drugs circulated. Of course, the dismissal or transfer is not sufficient, drug-related article should also be charged to the apparatus that was clearly shown to support drug trafficking.

Another thing, given the government's efforts to stand firm against the dealers had received barriers and international pressure on behalf of human rights, then all the people must appreciate the government steps in providing severe penalties which are expected to provide a deterrent effect for dealers and drug dealers.

If the government tough stance against traffickers are said that was violate human rights, then look at how the large number of drugs that had been smuggled out and circulated. The ability of apparatus to catch dealers would indicate the magnitude of the number of children and teenagers as well as the various groups in the country that was saved.

Moreover, there are still the death prisoners are reportedly remain in control of drug distribution while trying to extending time, seek to delay the execution by filing a legal action stage-by-stage.

There are still more than fifty dead drug offenders sentenced to deaths that are undergoing the process. The government must take legal action quickly, accurately and fairly as possible, in order to quickly reach a final decision is final.

Now, our beloved country is in the state of drugs emergency. Children and teenagers, they are all the people in danger. So, the rescue measures that must be done are emergency steps, with a sense of emergency is not just a standard action. Law enforcement should be an emergency, a much faster process than the others. The discipline enforcement officials must also be more stringent. Without emergency steps, do not be surprised if Indonesia later getting into a lush paradise for drug trafficking in the world.
