REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Ahead of inaugural session of Setya Novanto's graft-case hearing, Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) tried to collect more facts by examining the non-active House of Representatives speaker on Tuesday (December 12). KPK also examined former director of PT Gunung Agung, Made Oka Masagung. 

"Both of them were questioned for the suspect Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo as president director of PT Quadra Solution," KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah said on Tuesday.

During e-ID card procurement graft case trial, Novanto, Oka, and Anang were known to have had a meeting at Novanto's house in November 2011. The meeting was believed to discuss the initial capital for the e-ID card project.

Anang was named suspect in e-ID card graft case on last September 27. He led PT Quadra Solution, as one of companies that incorporated in the Consortium of State Printing of the Republic of Indonesia (PNRI), PT LEN Industri, PT Quadra Solution, PT Sucofindo and PT Sandipala Artha Putra.

He was accused of bribing a number of lawmakers via businessman Andi Agustinus aka Andi Narogong who is also a defendant in the case that caused Rp 2,3 trillion in state losses. 

Anang was alleged violated Article 2 paragraph (1) subsider Article 3 of Law No. 31 No. 31/1999 as amended in Law no. 20/2001 of Eradiction of Corruption in Article 55 paragraph (1) book one Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Novanto will face inaugural session at Corruption Court on December 13. The anti-graft institution hoped that Novanto in good health condition until the trial day.
