REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The defendant in the case of false testimony related to the corruption case of the electronic identity card (KTP-el) procurement project Miryam S Haryani said she felt a bit depressed when being examined by Novel Baswedan, anti-graft body senior investigator.

Therefore, she objected to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) indictment. The indictment was read out at the Corruption Court on Thursday (July 13).

“I have objected to the indictment made by the prosecutor, I have never given any incorrect information according to Article 22,” said Miraym at the Corruption Court, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Thursday (July 13).

According to Miryam, the information that she gave as a witness in the Irman and Sugiharto trial was the truth. Meanwhile, what she explained in the investigation report (BAP) is not true because of the pressure and intervention by KPK Investigators.
