REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Yusril Ihza Mahendra is ready to be a witness in Pancasila insult case who alleged to Habib Rizieq Syihab. He would be a favorable witness for the head of Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Mahendra said.
He acknowledged has appropriate educational background related to this case. "The history of state philosophy and constitution history were my scientific field," Mahendra said who also an expert in administrative law, Wednesday (23/2).
He described him self as a lecturer on the history of Indonesian State Administrative at the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law.
Yusril admitted he is waiting a notification from the investigators to examine him and to use his statements in the investigation report as the request of Rizieq's legal advisors.
