REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo once again held a meeting with district heads and mayors to give them certain directives at Bogor Palace, Bogor, West Java, on Thursday morning.
Earlier President Jokowi also chaired a coordination meeting with the city mayors and the district heads at the palace, on Jan 22-23.
"The meeting like this with the city mayors and the district heads across the country can be held not only once a year but also twice, or three times a year, depending on the needs," President Jokowi said last week.
He noted that the meeting with the leaders from 416 districts and 98 cities across Indonesia was aimed at strengthening consolidation of the organizations in large country like Indonesia.
