REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Deputy chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Adnan Pandu Praja said no account Was found under the name of president-elect Joko Widodo or popularly known as Jokowi.

Earlier, Deputy House Speaker Fadli Zon Was reported personally receiving complaint from Rachmawati Soekarnoputri. The sister of former president Megawati had accused President-elect Joko Widodo of possessing bank accounts abroad.

Regarding the allegation about foreign accounts, Pandu Praja said, "not a single account under the name of Jokowi (Joko Widodo) was found abroad. We also checked with the Center of Financial Analysis and Reporting (PPATK) if it could follow the case. However, the PPATK said there was no such case to follow. So, the matter is now clear," he pointed out on Tuesday.

Citing the allegation, Rachmawati, who is the sister of former president Megawati Soekanoputri, has sought the cancellation of the inauguration of President-elect Joko Widodo scheduled for October 20. Rachmawati had supported Prabowo Subianto in the presidential election on July 9.
