SBY attends business forum in Mongolia

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, ULAN BATOR - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) attended business forum on Thursday between Mongolian and Indonesian entrepreneurs in Mongolia. He was accompanied by Minister of Industry MS Hidayat, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Mari Elka Pangestu, Minister for Foreign Affairs Marty Natalegawa, and the Chairman of Indonesian Young Entrepeneurs (HIPMI) Raja Sapta Oktahari.

The Chairman of Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Chatib Basri, who also attended the forum, expected the meeting to connect the entrepreneurs from both countries. "We have signed MoU between BKPM and Mongolian government this morning. It is expected to boost the investment," he said. 

He said that the opportunities of investment and business in Mongolia were still ranging. While the President also encouraged both entrepreneurs to increase the cooperation along with the program initiated by both countries.
