REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will continue to support people with disabilities. Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has issued the new Governor Instruction No.2/2018 regarding disabled people as other individual service provider.
The instruction allowed people with disabilities to get their rights to become part of Jakarta Provincial Government. The instruction has been aimed to the heads of regional apparatus to provide opportunities to them.
"To provide employment opportunities to people with disabilities as other person service provider as may as two percent of the total allocation than other service providers," said the statement in Jakarta Governor' instruction.
In addition, people with disabilities who enter into other individual service provider would also have the same rights and obligations as other service providers. The instruction has been signed on January 3 and effective from the date.
