REPUBLIKA.CO.ID,  BANYUWANGI - The Indonesian navy has launched new ship KRI Klewang equipped with sophisticated stealth technology that it could not be detected by enemy’s radar. The ship, launched on Friday in this East Java coastal city was built by "North Sea Boats Pte Ltd" or PT Lundin Industry Invest in cooperation with ship architects of LOMOCean from New Zealand.

It took 24 months to build the ship, said Lizza Lundin, the owner of PT Lundin. Lizza Lundin said the 63-meter long KRI Klewang is one of the most modern warships in the world. He described the ship as unique, a product of a number of sophisticated technologies.
