REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOGOR -- Chairman of Indonesian Hajj, Pilgrimage, and In Bound Organizers  (Asphurindo) Syam Resfiadi said Indonesia was not the only country which have cheat travels delaying or cancelling the customers' departure to Saudi Arabia. 

"The government and association should muffle the troubles related to the pilgrimage," said Syam in Bogir on Saturday (May 20). 

Syam said it was difficult to eliminate the problems as customers had lack of knowledge of trusted travel agencies.  

"They usually lived in villages and have lack of information," he said. 

Socialization and education on pilgrimage from certified travels was a solution offered. Asphurindo planned to held an exhibition in each region the members were existed.
