REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Lawyer of the chairman of the House of Representatives (DPR) Setya Novanto, Fredrich Yunadi, filed a police report against one of officials at Coorruption Eradiction Commision's (KPK). 

Fredrich refused to comment after filing the report. He only admitted to have filed a report to the National Police.

"We have filed a police report. No comment for now," said Fredrich after submitting a report at National Police Criminal Investigation (Bareskirim Polri) Office, Central Jakarta on Monday (October 9).

Based on data received by Center for Integrated Police Servide (SPKT) of Bareskrim Polri, a report was filed by Sandi Kurniawan against one of high officials at KPK. In the report, vice chairman of KPK Saut Situmorang listed as the reported.

The report was recorded with number LP/1028/X/2017/Bareskrim. Saut was allegedly made fake letter and abuse of authority as intended in Article 253 of Criminal Code juncto Article 55 paragraph (1) book 1 and or Article 421 Criminal Code.
